Health and Wellness is about living life to the fullest. To quote the famous words of Bob Dylan, “The times, they are a changin”. Today we are living longer and many of us have more choices than ever. On top of that, what ails us, is also changing.

There is no doubt that advances in healthcare and technology have improved lives, but it’s not without consequences. Today “we are experiencing unprecedented rates of chronic musculoskeletal pain”. We are now also more likely than ever to experience the effects of chronic stress, lack of sleep, extra pounds, high blood pressure and elevated blood sugars. As a result, how we promote health, must change too.
Whether you want to run your first 5km race, lose a few pounds or live with less pain, we can help! Working with a Registered Massage Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer, we will help promote your health, reach your goals and encourage you to live life to the fullest!

Massage Therapy
Massage Therapy is a clinically-oriented healthcare option that helps alleviate the discomfort associated with every day occupational stresses, muscular over-use and many chronic pain conditions.
Acupuncture
Western medical acupuncture is a precise form of treatment that uses fine solid needles (acupuncture needles), inserted at specific anatomical points, to relieve client symptoms (e.g. pain).
Personal Training
Working with a CSEP-trained Personal Trainer, using prescribed exercise, one-on-one, or with friends, will motivate you to work harder and keep you accountable while reaching for those goals that are important to you.
Remedial and Therapeutic Exercise
Remedial and therapeutic exercise prescriptions are low intensity movements, convenient and advised to be used within an individuals tolerance.
