Policies, Fees & Etiquette
Booking
Any of our services can be booked online, email or call to the clinic. All of our rates are presented in our book app and all rates apply no matter which booking method you use.
Payment & Direct Billing
Payment is due at the time of your appointment. We accept Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard and eTransfer.
To help you, we can direct bill to many insurance companies. If you want to know if your company is on our direct billing list, please check here or contact our office.
If there isn’t 100% coverage, or a claim is rejected/disputed, you will be required to pay the fee for treatment.
We always advise to bring a backup payment method if we aren’t able to process the claim with your insurance company. In the event, we aren’t, we will provide you a receipt and you can submit it to your insurance company for reimbursement.
Rescheduling & Cancellation
A minimum of 36 hours notice is required for any cancellations – within that window, a cancellation fee of $50.00 will apply. Missing an appointment or failure to provide notice, full fee for the treatment will apply. This fee cannot be billed to your benefit plan and will be due upon receipt.
We realize that things do happen that are out of our control (such as sudden illness, family emergencies etc.). The above fees will be at the discretion of your therapist.
Late Arrivals
Please do your best to arrive on time for your appointment. A late arrival will require that we end the treatment at the scheduled time so that any other client appointments are not negatively affected. You will still be billed for the length of the treatment booked.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time and wait in the sitting area until your therapist welcomes you to your space.
Early Departures
If you need to leave your scheduled appointment early, please be aware that you will still be billed the full length of your treatment. If this is a concern, please contact the office as soon as you are aware that you may have to cut a treatment short to see if we can reschedule your treatment for a better time.
Miscellaneous
- As a courtesy to all our clients, please turn your cell phone to silent mode while in the office and keep voices low so we can maintain a relaxing environment for any clients that may still be in their treatment when you arrive.
- Please refrain from wearing any heavily scented perfumes or colognes during your visit that may effect others or your technician.
- If you are able, remove any wet boots and shoes at the door. This helps to keep the office clean, and will help to prevent any slips and falls from a wet floor.
